Almost no one manages or keeps an eye on you
Family-owned company
The Longtan plant manager, Mr. Li, has little decision-making ability.
He listens to the opinions of his “dear” at the plant about everything.
It makes it seem as though it is that “dear’s” company.
That is why there is infighting within the family and why cousins end up blocking one another.
If you are thinking of working here, think carefully.
Because colleagues on the same floor who report directly to the plant manager
often inexplicably disappear the very next day.
It has probably dealt with around 10 people over the past year.
The reasons are invariably that they are unsuitable,
or that their attitude is poor.
Do you think it is possible for all 10 of those people to be unsuitable?
Or perhaps they simply did not fit the plant manager’s preferences.
I am also anxiously looking for another job while staying here.
Good luck.
Let’s encourage one another.
