You can learn a little about occupational safety and health, and you’ll learn about the dark side of occupational safety and health!
1. You have to clock in and out even during the lunch break.
2. The salary is very low (suitable for people just entering the workforce). The supervisor said that some engineering assistants who have worked there for a long time and are highly capable earn up to 32K (it sounds like that’s the ceiling). Seriously, what are they talking about~ I changed jobs and exceeded 32K just by switching positions (three years of work experience and a university degree).
3. The person training you only puts on an act: “There are examples over there—look at them yourself!” They act one way in front of the supervisor and another way in front of you. The others are the type who pretend not to see anything that doesn’t concern them. You can only leave it to luck and see whether that person is still there~
4. The company is extremely stingy. There are hardly any employee benefits, yet it loves to dress up its administrative procedures as if it were a large company.
