Interviewed for a sales assistant position.
I interviewed with a colleague who was both a colleague of the sales assistant and a junior leader.
- She was really too incompetent. I waited a long time, but no one came online. When I saw her email asking why she hadn’t seen me online, I sent her a screenshot,
then she sent a new link and asked me to use it to come online.
Working closely with a colleague like this is exhausting, let alone when she is also the junior leader of this position.
- Weekend support for exhibitions is required, with a frequency of at least once; sometimes there are none, and sometimes there are more than two in a month.
On average, the frequency is more than once a month.
Sometimes you may have to travel abroad on weekends for training.
Consider whether this is what you want. If you simply want to do administrative and clerical work, this position may not be suitable.
