It’s been almost a year since I left, and I came back to take a look. I didn’t expect it to be this lively.

Let me talk about my experience at this company.

I worked on the production line, so I’ll only comment on that side. I didn’t know the people in the office well, so I won’t comment on them.

There were very few people on the production line.

There were only four of us in total: the supervisor, one chubby person, one skinny person, and me.

The supervisor was very polite and knowledgeable, and was very good at managing the production line. However, he was too soft-hearted and was often called around to do various things.

The chubby person was easy to get along with and was also quite capable at work.

At the time, I learned assembly and testing with him. He only had to teach something once for him to understand it, while I had to hear it at least two or three times before I could get it, which put me under a lot of pressure...

The skinny person was completely different. Everything had to be taught to him many times before he could learn it. That alone wouldn’t have been a problem—people say diligence can make up for lack of ability—but he wasn’t diligent. He was often slacking off or hiding somewhere to play on his phone. I mostly quit because I found it exhausting to work with him.

The boss was pretty nice.

Quite polite, too.

Overall, it was just average, but the atmosphere was pretty good.

We often had to work overtime, and it was exhausting...
