Cons
1- Promises of becoming a satellite company by encouraging employees to start their own businesses
2- Asking about romantic relationships (whether the interviewee has a boyfriend or girlfriend?) and commenting on interview attire (suggesting that a jacket be replaced with a suit jacket?)
3- The floor-to-ceiling windows at the company entrance make it relatively hot in summer
