Pros
There are gifts during the three major festivals (dried meat, mooncakes, etc.).
Cons
1- Even when a time has been agreed upon, you may have to wait a long time in the supervisor’s office before they arrive.
2- During the interview, they will try to offer designers as low a salary as possible (unless it is a supervisor position, it is basically below 50,000).
3- The supervisor frequently traveled back and forth to mainland China before, and may only contact you again after some time has passed following the interview.
