There are no pros. They paint an overly rosy picture—think twice.
The job is different after the interview and actually reporting for work. The biggest issue is the salary: in practice, what you receive consists of two parts, a base salary and bonuses. Labor insurance is also insured at the minimum level, so if anything really happens, compensation is basically calculated according to the minimum standard. It feels terrible. Overtime pay is also calculated based on the base salary, and the overtime rates required by the Labor Standards Act are not included in the calculation. You could earn more doing temporary work outside than working overtime here.
Fortunately, I resigned not long afterward. Anyway, it really is terrible—people aren't disposable, you know!!
