There is no overtime pay, yet working overtime is the norm. If you are considering joining, think twice. During the interview, the boss said there was no overtime pay but that bonuses would be given depending on the amount of overtime. However, the compensation is disproportionate to the effort. How much to give is ultimately calculated by him anyway. He wanted the images to be uploaded to have a different look, so I tried using software to remove the backgrounds. When he saw it, he said not to spend time doing that. Then again, toy profit margins are so low that doing anything extra is just a waste. I found a better job and resigned before completing my probationary period.
