Very close to my home
Domestic sales: The salary is too low (around 35–38). Regarding the assigned territory, other than Taoyuan, Hsinchu, and Miaoli, you have to travel to all the other areas (business trips once every two months).
There are some employees with connections internally. In addition to having low sales performance, the company survives entirely on domestic sales and managers bringing in orders.
You have to call out people’s titles when addressing them (I’ve never called anyone “assistant manager” or “general manager” myself). It feels a bit awkward.
Besides developing and maintaining client relationships, sales staff also have to handle repairs, prepare reports, respond to customer complaints, and manage inventory levels.
It’s a company without sales assistants, so the sales staff have to deal with every kind of nonsense.
You have to wait for senior colleagues to leave before you can clock out.
I just can’t accept this overall culture and system..
