None—it's a waste of time. Most of the work consists of sitting in front of a computer and wasting your life.
1. The starting salary is very low.....
2. The company mainly handles government contracts, as well as lighting installation and repair for communities or parking lots, but the projects are concentrated in the hands of a few long-time sales employees. New sales employees basically have no opportunity to work on these projects.
3. The work does not match the position advertised. I applied for a sales position, but the actual duties involve submitting documents, moving goods, testing light tubes, taking photos, and so on....
4. Senior sales employees do not teach or train others. They just leave you to fend for yourself. I have not even met any clients, and they have never taken me to a meeting.
