The workload is light, and both colleagues and supervisors are very kind.
The only exception is the boss, who is the tumor of the entire union.
They assault managers in front of employees and verbally abuse employees.
When hiring assistants, they discriminate based on age, height, body type, and marital status.
During interviews, they ask personal questions, such as whom you live with, whether you have a mortgage, whether you are dating someone, and whether you intend to get married.
Upon being hired, you are required to sign various illegal agreements, such as a waiver of the right to claim involuntary resignation and a provision stating that you will not be paid if you leave before working a certain number of days.
At the time, I joined only to gain administrative experience and make it easier to change jobs later.
