Pros
Colleagues from all three generations are very young, everyone is very nice, and there is no seniority-based attitude.
Cons
The seniority system is very pronounced, and there is no comprehensive training program.
You have to stay for a year to receive a bonus, but each manager gives different criteria for how to obtain it.
