There is absolutely no SOP; everything is done according to the supervisors’ moods. If you don’t do things the way the supervisors want, you’re just a scapegoat.

No matter whether you do it this way or that way, it’s wrong.

The supervisors will start yelling at you, or talk about you behind your back—blaming you for things you clearly didn’t do, or for things you genuinely didn’t know how to do.

Everything gets pinned on you, so you’d better carry the blame.

It’s a terrible company with a terrible system, and a place that really likes collective bullying. Especially when you don’t do things the way the supervisors want, your fate is definitely to become invisible and then get berated.

No one can stay in a place like this.
