Pros
1. Great for beginners looking to gain experience; they really like hiring people without experience. As long as you communicate well, the hiring rate is almost 100% because it is very difficult to find people.
2. For those interested in overseas sales of electronic components but without experience, this is a very good stepping stone.
3. As for coworkers, those around 30 or younger are generally easy to get along with. Be careful with older employees or those who have been there for more than 10 years.
4. If you work in overseas sales, you will be sent to overseas exhibitions and to visit local clients every year. There is no upper limit on the budget; as long as you are in the overseas sales department, you can travel abroad comfortably. You only need to visit 1–2 clients a day.
Cons
1. There is no clear future. The company has been going downhill, and no one can figure out why.
2. Every department passes the buck and is unwilling to proactively take responsibility.
3. The supervisors are inflexible and cannot keep up with the way young people think.
4. As for salary, men earn more than women.
