There is nothing positive to say.

On your first day at work, you are expected to remember everything taught by everyone who started before you.

On your second day, if you get something wrong, they keep scolding you nonstop, making you question your life.

On your third day, they still tell you that they will only teach you something once and that you have to figure out how to do it yourself; if you make a mistake, they scold you just the same.

There is no point trying to become friends with anyone there, because everyone just excludes newcomers. Whenever something goes wrong, they blame the newcomer first—everything is the new person's fault. Everyone there is extremely gossipy; even the smallest matters are blown out of proportion and criticized. Even when it is not your fault, you still have to swallow it.

The supervisors demand that you work faster, faster, faster, faster, faster, faster.

If you are not fast enough, they tell you, “I feel like you are not serious about working and are not suitable for this job.” Please, how fast are you expected to be? You have only just started.

All I can say is that it is a place that really crushes people's spirit. If you want to work there, you have to learn to be mute—not speak up and not make friends.

Because no one will genuinely treat you as a friend; they will even set traps for you behind your back.

It is a very bad work environment. Don't be fooled by the salary.
