Couldn't think of any pros
1. They first contacted me via 104 messages to ask what I know how to do.
2. The company environment was extremely cluttered, and the office was very cramped.
3. During the interview, the supervisor did not even know what kind of brand they wanted to create. They only gave a simple concept, and when asked about the monthly revenue, they answered that they did not know.
4. There was a lot of awkward small talk. The supervisor did not know what to ask and eventually ended the interview by saying, "You can discuss it and take a look."
5. Afterward, they contacted me via 104 messages to ask whether I could write a proposal.
Overall, there was no private room for the interview; it was conducted in front of all the employees. The environment was cluttered, and the kitchenette sink was very messy. The supervisor had not prepared the questions and kept repeating the same idea: creating a health, beauty, and wellness website. However, I was applying for a marketing position. When I asked about the current planning progress, they did not answer the question, so I had no choice but to decline. I will say no more about the supervisor's and owner's appearances or personal lives.
