Interview process:
First, I filled out my résumé and completed a brief computer-based test involving Excel formulas. After finishing, I waited for quite a while, then went in for an interview with the supervisor. I gave a self-introduction in English, and they asked a few simple questions in English.
The position requires overseas business trips and involvement in company strategies such as negotiating prices. It requires sufficient English ability, logical thinking, and confidence. This is an important core department of the company, and new hires will be developed as prospective managers. It is a position with excellent prospects.
Although there is a café outside, the area is small. After all, there are so many people in the office area, and I did not see anyone taking a break there during the interview process. It is probably just provided as seating for guests.
