Administrative staff position at a crane rental company
The 104 job listing was completely unclear: salary negotiable, starting from 40,000.
Only during the interview did they say that there is every other week off, with a starting salary of 28,000.
It is uncertain whether there will be a salary increase; it depends on performance, and it may not necessarily be raised to 40,000.
If performance is considered unsatisfactory, there may be no salary increase at all.
Working hours: 9:00–18:30
Company benefits: Year-end bonus uncertain; it may not be much.
