This was the first interview I received after the Lunar New Year. I was desperate to change jobs, so I immediately agreed to come in for it~ Looking back now, I’m glad I acted on that impulse. I’ve been working here for almost two months. Although I’m still a newbie, I’m truly grateful for how thoughtfully my seniors have looked after me. The relationships among colleagues are great, and when the boss comes into the office, they’ll even chat with us for a bit—so unlike a boss XDDDD. The simple reason I wanted to share this is to give people like me who are changing jobs, as well as recent graduates, something to refer to. Although salary is a major factor when working, the environment is also really important!

The working hours are very flexible, but it’s somewhat of a responsibility-based system.
