The boss is stingy!!! and wastes time doing things
For a simple task, they make you take photos repeatedly—take photos, take photos, and take more photos.
If the photos aren’t satisfactory, you have to retake them, filling the company’s machine with countless pointless photos.
Just looking for the photos can keep you past your finishing time.
Then they hired a foreign worker and kept saying how useful foreign workers are.
Privately, even the foreign worker was unhappy with the boss, so they can’t retain anyone at all.
The salary terms offered kept changing again and again.
No overtime pay is provided during the probation period.
They only tell you that training newcomers is very hard, so you should be understanding???????
After working for three days, I didn’t want to go back.
The salary stated in the employment contract was a monthly salary of 28K.
When I resigned during the probation period, it became 25,000/month, calculated based on an average daily rate over 30 days (and overtime pay was still not provided).
So even how the salary is paid is decided unilaterally by the company!!
On payday, they don’t proactively notify you to collect your salary.
If you forget to collect it, they just treat it as money earned by the company.
When you fax over your account details, the fax system can’t receive faxes outside working hours.
