There are many cliques within the company. After joining, you are forced to join a bunch of LINE groups (some groups differ by only one person). Everyone seems like a good colleague on the surface, but privately they really like criticizing others (so far, it has mostly been about petty, nitpicky matters). Overtime is the norm, and the working hours definitely violate the Labor Standards Act. As for overtime pay, it is still unclear, but I estimate that we will not receive it either.
