Colleagues are easy to get along with; there is no seniority system.

The drawbacks are that there is no year-end bonus, no bonuses for the three major traditional holidays, no flexible scheduling, and you only find out the day before what shift you will be working the next day. You have to come to the company to work overtime on holidays, with no overtime pay. There are no employee benefits at all, no regular pay raises, and the pay for the first shift is deducted when you are assigned a shift. The company is not subject to the Labor Standards Act.

Working overtime is the norm. Not a single thing the boss said during the interview was true.
