1. The lady boss is very friendly; she can act one way in front of people and another way behind their backs.
2. The company is very small, but there are cliques that ostracize newcomers. Super warm and welcoming.
3. You spend almost all your time cleaning up the messes left by the lady boss and the boss, so your crisis-management skills get plenty of training.
4. Suitable for new designers. The company’s benefits are so good that they can’t afford people who don’t know their own worth.
5. Those who handle submissions and permit applications don’t last long. By the time you finish, you’ll be notified that you’re being let go. Extremely efficient: once your stage-specific task is complete, the whole company will thank you for your selfless contribution.
A good company has no drawbacks.
