Pros

1. The colleagues are very nice—let me emphasize this again: the only good thing is that the colleagues are nice.

2. Personal safety is guaranteed. The company has two surveillance cameras, so you don't have to worry about colleagues slacking off or shirking work.

3. You can develop your ability to solve computer problems, because the computer hardware and software are of varying quality.

4. The company is very clean. There is a rule that garbage that will start to smell is not allowed to be left at the company.

5. You learn to fill out a daily report form. It thoroughly corrects designers' lazy habits—it's really great.

......If you dare not fill it out, be prepared to explain why.

6. When you resign, you will learn a lot about the legal provisions of the Labor Standards Act. The boss's wife will find ways to make sure you understand them, so you won't fail to receive your wages. This is all to protect your rights.

7. Women who are reasonably attractive are advised not to come, because this is a professional workplace. Please don't distract the boss while he is working. Male designers are welcome. This is not discrimination; it's a work-related consideration.

8. There is overtime pay, of course, but it has to be approved. The company has a system, you know. Systems are made by people, so you understand. It's just that colleagues don't often work overtime; they all skip dinner and work overtime directly. Everyone loves the company and doesn't want the boss to pay extra overtime wages—you know how it is.

Cons

None. I can't think of any shortcomings. In such a good company, designers must be sure to appreciate the profound meaning behind the strengths I just listed. I trust everyone has the insight to understand.
