Punctual working hours; you can bring your child (if you have a good relationship with the boss); and there’s a beautiful bar counter that makes visitors envious. That seems to be about it.

Although I’ve been gone for a while, there’s still a lot I want to say—so much that I don’t know where to start.

First, the policies change from one day to the next. The company looks glamorous on the outside, but once you actually join, it’s completely disorganized and has no direction. Things change whenever they feel like it, and the policies are deeply concerning.

Not to mention the company’s fierce internal infighting, which makes it impossible for meetings to make progress. Kind-hearted people are advised not to come here.

Employee turnover is extremely high. If a position has been vacant for a week, you can take that as a sign that the person has already said goodbye.

Perhaps that’s why evaluations happen so frequently?

Even if you work yourself to the bone for the company, all you’ll ultimately get is a bruised reputation. I’ve seen many passionate people leave that place feeling disillusioned.

However, if you speak loudly and are ruthless enough, this place may suit you well.
