Colleagues are easy to get along with
Leaving work on time
Cons
No year-end bonus, red envelopes, or bonuses for the three major holidays
You have to register when going to the restroom or getting water; registering too often may result in termination
You have to work overtime frequently; working too little overtime may lead to being singled out
