1. If you are here for life counseling, you are genuinely welcome to interview at this company.
1. To be honest, this interviewer is completely unprofessional. They only ask you a few basic questions about your field and then judge your abilities as wholly inadequate.
2. The interviewer will ask you some private questions, such as your interests or family situation, and how much money you made in a certain place.
3. The interviewer wants to push your salary below the industry-recognized market rate.
4. During the interview, it feels as though a grand judge is interrogating a criminal. The interview venue was completely unacceptable.
Basically, I do not recommend applying to or interviewing with this company. First, it is a huge waste of time. Second, they will probably ask you only two questions about your professional knowledge before immediately switching to other matters unrelated to the job. On top of that, the interviewer may make sarcastic remarks about the interviewee. This company is not some particularly impressive large corporation either; objectively speaking, it feels like a family business operating out of someone's home. It does not even feel like an office, so you can tell right away that the job is bound to be a terrible one. After all, the interviewer, who is also the project manager, is like this. Applicants should think twice before going, and should not go there just to chat with the interviewer—it will be a huge waste of your time.
