The environment is pretty good.
1. A family business; the family members all seem to do nothing.
2. They keep saying that they are a free and open company, but if you cannot reply to LINE messages, you will be accused of contacting people outside the company. At one point, I thought I had come to North Korea, while family members and long-serving employees can use LINE and browse their phones.
3. Employees who are not family members should be careful: if you use LINE or browse your phone even once, they will ask you to leave that very day.
4. Job seekers are welcome to come and experience this so-called free and open company.
