There are snacks in the office when saying goodbye.
So many varieties!
There are no SOPs for internal systems.
Administrative assistants are assigned to the management department, while sales belongs to the sales department.
A small company with 13 people has to follow approval procedures modeled on those of a large company.
It wastes manpower and time.
There are three senior assistants among the internal employees.
They compete with one another for favor, yet are also friendly toward each other.
A peculiar relationship.
There is zero chance of promotion.
As a family business, there is no room for anyone else to take on that role.
The year-end bonus and bonuses for the three major holidays are all provided, but they are not proportional to the work normally done.
The senior assistants really like staying until the latest hour.
No matter how many assistants are hired, they always stay the latest.
The company may simply favor ambitious, hard-working talent.
As for those who leave work punctually at 6 p.m., no matter how well they perform normally, they are never valued as much as those who have stayed at the company longer.
