Pros

None. Basically, the colleagues are nice.

Cons

Everyone, believe me: absolutely do not join this company.

You will definitely regret it!!!

The company is small and was spun off from the parent company to handle marketing.

The boss is the general manager of the parent company. He is impatient and has a bad temper.

At the time, I was asked to make a model for the outer packaging and design a new one.

I worked on it for two weeks, and then he started getting impatient. I had been showing him my progress along the way.

He thought it was too slow and replied that the previous graphic designer had finished it in four days. He said he had no idea what I was doing, then flew into a rage and yelled at me.

He said the previous graphic designer had just copied things and that I only needed to copy something too—why was I putting so much thought into it and taking so long? Let me ask: would someone who says things like that respect other people?

He also said that he had studied design and had worked on interior design projects himself. Didn’t he understand that things take time?

And on top of doing graphic design, I also had to handle marketing. The workload was really meant for two people, but he said one person could do it. Speechless.

He also said that if I couldn’t finish, I should work overtime, and that overtime was normal. Come on—young people today aren’t falling for that anymore, okay?!

The salary was only that much, yet I was expected to work myself to death.

He would also tell us that making these demands was for our own good, so we could survive out there.

Don’t be ridiculous. Saying this kind of thing out loud would only make people lose face.

And all the grand promises made during the interview were just hot air.

No wonder they always have only a few junior employees now.

Everyone they hire can’t take it and ends up quitting.
