The boss is willing to invest in employee training.
1. The husband and wife jointly run the record store. The boss and his wife have different management philosophies. The boss is more meticulous (nitpicky), while I feel that the boss’s wife has values more like those of an average person.
2. The boss’s mother often says random things in the store and frequently argues with the boss... The employees are put in a very awkward position.
3. The boss requires employees to arrive at the company early. It was originally explained that this time would be used to gather our thoughts and organize the day’s tasks, but in reality, as soon as we arrived, we had to clean the store... This was completely different from what was said during the interview.
4. Although the boss is willing to teach, he is rather particular, and everything has to be done according to his rules.
5. The most unacceptable thing is that employees are not allowed to use the restroom for bowel movements while at work.... The reason is that it will smell...
