寬承實業有限公司
Pros

1. Free snacks and instant noodles

(You can even make requests for what you want to eat)

2. Colleagues are easy to get along with

3. Flexible entry, exit, and leave policies

(There is generally no need to go through tedious procedures)

4. Beautiful work environment

(Even the restroom is beautiful)

5. Flat organizational structure, allowing you to communicate with supervisors quickly

(But whether they listen is another matter)

6. High-quality products, including collaborations with various brands

7. Overtime pay

Cons

※ Regarding salary

1. Low pay

When I first joined, the boss offered less than NT$30,000, using the excuse that this was how things were in Taichung.

There was no raise during the probationary period or after one year. You have to seek out an opportunity for a meeting yourself, and even then, you may be rejected with phrases such as “You haven’t demonstrated your value yet” or “We haven’t seen any major contributions you’ve made to the company.”

For anyone seeking a high salary, do not join this company. Looking at your bank account every month will be very depressing.

2. No bonuses for the three major holidays, birthday cash gifts, or performance bonuses

You can only rely on “overtime pay” to give yourself a raise. Company trips are not guaranteed; even after working there for a year and a half, I still had not been on one.

※ Regarding vacation

1. The company does not follow the Labor Standards Act: you must complete one full year of employment before receiving seven days of annual leave.

Employees who have worked for less than a year have their pay deducted when they take leave, causing various inconveniences.

※ Regarding people

1. The boss likes to make sarcastic remarks and has said things such as “Why don’t you go bang your head against the wall and die?” and “What is your value?” causing employees considerable emotional distress.

2. Hygiene habits are not very good ... I won’t say more.

3. The operations manager tends to favor their own people, and frequently creates messes that colleagues have to clean up.

4. The boss jokingly calls themself a stereotypical exploitative employer and takes pride in it.

Summary: Overall, I feel that the effort I put in is not proportional to the salary I receive. Every day, when I wake up and open my eyes, I feel helpless and as though I am working hard just to get by. I cannot say that it is a terrible company—every company has its own problems—but if you are seeking a high salary, I do not recommend coming here.
