The colleagues in the marketing department get along quite well. It’s probably because they all suffer together (there’s not much sweetness to balance it out).
If you can accept receiving a year-end bonus of $600 (if you’re not a new hire), you can join us~ The marketing department can get at most one extra zero; I’ve never heard of anyone receiving a full month’s salary. The company’s guiding principle is that the boss is the rule. The current boss is also serving as the acting head of the marketing department, so you can imagine: whatever the boss says goes~ They don’t care whether it provides any real benefit to clients. On top of that, the bonus system can be changed at any time. I feel like one day it might disappear altogether. Seriously, don’t join unless you have to. The turnover is extremely high. There were at least 10 people in the department when I joined, and it has almost been completely reshuffled. If you want good待遇, this really isn’t a good choice~ Please think twice before interviewing or joining! Also, the workload is extremely heavy~~ and the pay isn’t much.
