They are only superficially good to their employees; in reality, they have absolutely no empathy for employees and treat them very poorly. The second generation are all two-faced: they may appear to be all smiles on the surface while secretly stabbing you in the back several times. It feels like they treat employees as disposable materials. The pay is terrible, while other small companies are much more generous. I deeply regret not changing jobs sooner.
