The colleagues are nice.
1. The boss is dishonest in business practices.
2. The leave policy does not comply with the Labor Standards Act.
I recommend not joining this company. The boss sells customers products that are short-weighted and is also bad-tempered.
The leave policy does not comply with the Labor Standards Act. The salary is a little higher, but the working hours are 8:00–18:00, making for long hours. The boss does not solve problems and only passes them on to employees. When the red wine store went under and customers came to complain about stored-value issues, the boss simply denied responsibility, saying that it was only a partnership.
