Pros
The boss is a nice guy and generous to employees. Salaries are paid before the end of the month (in cash). There is an annual bonus, gifts or cash bonuses for the three major holidays, and red envelopes before the Lunar New Year.
Cons
The office is located in an illegally added rooftop structure.
