Pros: Stable pay, normal working hours, fixed job duties. If you build good relationships with people, it’s easy to get by.

Cons: No prospects; a company living off its past achievements. It isn’t a government agency, yet it’s extremely bureaucratic. Employees do as little as they can, there’s no new technology, marketing is done very poorly, and salaries are rigid with little room for raises. What amazes me most is that the products are utterly terrible....... The failure rate is extremely high, and even I can’t bring myself to praise the after-sales service. I never recommend the company’s own brand to friends or relatives........ I really wonder how it can still remain standing in the market.......
