The company is actually quite disorganized internally. Communication often keeps breaking down, and sometimes employees don't even know what they're talking about. We spend time communicating every day, yet the other party still seems impatient. I really wonder how long this situation is going to continue. The compensation is already poor, and the internal work processes are also very disorganized. Sometimes I even wonder whether the questions I'm asking are too difficult, which is why they can't be answered.
