The HR staff are very good at chatting.
They are looking for employees willing to be assigned overseas. This was stated in the job description on 104, but the fixed option on 104 says that no travel or overseas assignment is required.
First round: HR interview
Second round: Technical interview
I don't understand why they needed to schedule the first round in person; a phone conversation would have been enough.
I went to the first round, and HR asked on the spot when I would be available for a second interview. I was looking forward to the second interview, and they said I could contact them if I thought of any other questions. However, they did not reply to my message, and there was no follow-up.
After being rejected by HR, I really feel that they could have just talked with me by phone. Not replying to the message was also very poor; they could at least have sent a direct thank-you or rejection message.
