赫綵電腦有限公司
Pros

As a front-desk employee, you can freely choose the music

The boss is humorous and very generous with the year-end party raffle prizes

Various company dinners and activities, plus great meals when performance targets are met

Employee birthday celebrations and comprehensive training

Cons

There is no fixed front-desk staff member. Employees have to take turns covering the front desk each day, with several people rotating throughout the day

(The boss probably wants to save on administrative costs.)

When all the sales representatives are talking with clients one after another, you have to keep switching people at the front desk.

There are very few customer service staff, so almost all incoming calls are transferred by sales representatives.

People at the company threaten employees who resign, warning them not to disclose the company’s methods or information, or they will face legal action and the like.

This point is understandable, but forcibly taking employees’ phones just to check whether company data has been deleted—please, do you think my phone only contains company-related things? Can’t I have any other privacy on my phone?

When you resign, the company withholds one month’s base salary and performance pay.

You cannot receive the money until one month after resigning.

(For example, if you resign in January, you cannot receive the money until March.)

This does not comply with the Labor Standards Act.

“Wages should be paid regularly according to the amount and payment date stipulated in the employment contract. When the contract ends, the wages should be settled and paid to the worker immediately, or at the latest on the originally agreed wage payment date. An employer may not refuse to pay wages without a valid reason.”

“Article 27 of the Labor Standards Act: If an employer fails to pay wages on time, the competent authority may order the employer to pay them within a specified period.”

“In addition, the Labor Standards Act also stipulates that an employer may not withhold a worker’s wages in advance as a penalty for breach of contract or as compensation.”

If you want to work at this company,

please be careful about the company’s non-transparent policies.
