The interview was very ordinary. The boss did not answer the questions asked during the interview directly.
When asked about the salary, the boss also did not answer directly, instead saying that the salary was divided into a bonus and a basic base salary.
All the work was completed according to the boss’s requirements, without delay.
However, after working for one week, I was suddenly dismissed!
It was apparent that the boss had cleverly exploited loopholes in the Labor Standards Act to dismiss employees at will!
Because there is no longer a probationary-period constraint, as long as the employer unilaterally determines that an employee does not meet the work requirements or is unsuitable for the job, it is very easy for the boss to dismiss the employee!
According to other colleagues internally, the boss has used this same approach with graphic designers in the past!
I am dissatisfied with being unilaterally deemed by the boss to require dismissal!
