When there are no customers and you have finished the tasks assigned by the company, you can do your own things. You can read the newspaper or use your phone. The customer traffic varies from store to store, so you are lucky if you happen to be assigned to a more relaxed store.
Before employment, they require six days of unpaid training, exploiting a gray area to evade the Labor Standards Act. Basically, you can already tell what kind of company it is.
According to the company's prescribed procedures, whether it involves a compensation claim or an issue occurring after installation, they always find an excuse to make the employee pay the full amount.
There are branches in both Tainan and Kaohsiung, and employees may be required to go to the other location to cover shifts, with no way to refuse or receive any assistance.
In most situations, you are expected to bear the responsibility and handle things yourself. Don't expect the company to provide reasonable support.
