Colleagues seem very friendly...
The longest-serving employee has only been there for five years.
Fake kindness, but they stab you in the back. Extremely scheming. Newcomers get caught in the crossfire for no apparent reason.
If you are pushed out one day, you will find it inexplicable.
During the handover of work, the person providing training is careless. Newcomers are expected to follow instructions like robots and not ask so many questions; otherwise, they are labeled as difficult and accused of having a bad attitude. Someone who is even planning to resign may threaten to make the newcomer and herself an either-or choice, saying that if the newcomer is chosen, she will have to leave immediately. In the end, it seems she did not actually intend to leave immediately...
There is virtually no tolerance for mistakes....
The job requires too much flexibility, and business trips are often required.
You frequently have to go out, making the job seem like sales work....
The manager has a loud voice and often raises it at work....
They make it seem as though you have made some huge mistake...
There are suspicions of tax evasion in the accounting practices.
The accounts are divided into A and B accounts, supposedly to help employees save on taxes...
They claim that otherwise employees would have to pay a lot of tax, and other such nonsense, so everything is recorded in internal accounts...
Family members or nominees are used to pay employees separately.
The practices are complicated and excessive... They are largely unnecessary and only make things difficult for employees. Most importantly, you have to act like a robot to survive there.
With this kind of job, it is no wonder they cannot find anyone to hire.
There is no need to waste time interviewing or even considering working there.
A small company with little prospects... fewer than 20 employees...
It only takes on landscaping projects for government agencies. Sometimes the profit margin is poor and they work for nothing, while there are also many bad debts that cannot be recovered, which are simply ignored.
You have to worry about whether you will be paid on time, and salaries are delayed. This time, the March salary will not be paid until April 8, rather than being paid before the holiday... It leaves a poor impression.
