The supervisor is fairly easy to talk to.
They clearly point out the issues for applicants making a major career transition and seem interested in cultivating newcomers.
After starting work, you can meet many directors and improve your skills through continuous refinement.
The salary increases based on your ability to take on projects.
Although it is not particularly important, the supervisor surprisingly had not looked at the applicant’s portfolio before the interview.
The corridors are narrow. There are currently only two people in the position I applied for, and they are separated into two independent rooms.
You generally work alone and need to discuss matters with clients one-on-one; it is no different from working in a personal studio.
It feels like you have to endure the loneliness of not becoming very familiar with your colleagues, or with other departments.
It is not surprising that they are short-staffed.
