The boss is extremely rude to employees and even loudly berates them. Everything is decided by the boss; the company has no systems or benefits—they are all lies. They first deceive people into joining the company and then use lousy excuses to tell them to leave. The turnover rate is high. It is simply a waste of time to interview there; it is really not worth it. There is also no overtime pay for working overtime.
