Flexible working hours: 8:00–18:00
The interview stated that the year-end bonus is 1.5–5 months’ salary
But most people may see it without actually receiving it
Co-managed with Hongly Landscape
A company with an extremely high turnover rate
Most people don’t stay for even a year, and quite a few people say they’ll resign together...
Starting salary is NT$28K; those with some experience may get NT$31K
At least 3–5 years of experience
Some people also leave because the compensation is poor...
Many new hires want to leave before completing even one week of probation; some come for only one day
Annual leave is not handled according to the Labor Standards Act either, due to excuses about annual calculations
This violates the Labor Standards Act; those who continue staying turn a blind eye to their own rights
There are a great many tasks, and they are very miscellaneous, plus a pile of forms to complete
At the monthly meeting, everyone takes turns reading from a script, with no real discussion or review
I don’t know what the point of the meetings is...
New hires often cannot fill the gaps; the handover period is too short for them to absorb the work. Even people who studied the relevant field may not be willing to do it, so they can only find people from unrelated fields... or hire interns during the winter and summer breaks
The manager is an impatient person and also likes to joke around with colleagues... If you are slow-paced, you may be constantly criticized for one thing or another, and eventually resign because you can’t stand it.
The manager’s scope of responsibility is extremely broad, so everyone is often looking for her...
The manager arrives at the company at 8:00 and usually leaves work at 17:00. Colleagues still need to contact her after she leaves, so you have to be good at managing your time during working hours.
If you are a new hire with questions, you may feel at a loss...
In short, I strongly advise against trying to work there. If you go, you will quickly want to leave...
