The first interview was quite pleasant. Both the interviewer from the business team and the senior executive were very nice.
They immediately scheduled me to come to the company the following week for a one-day trial shoot.
They emphasized that they would prepare the things I needed and that I would be paid. It felt very sincere.
The company environment was beautiful and comfortable.
Two days before I was supposed to go for the trial shoot, HR called and simply said there had been a personnel change, so I no longer needed to come.
Their tone was extremely bad, and I was also very shocked when I received the call.
If they had already found someone or felt that I wasn't suitable, they could have just said so.
Using the four words “personnel change” to brush me off left me speechless.
