No advantages to be seen
They deceive clients by not telling them about new hires and interns.
I went there as an intern.
We interns suffered a lot.
We were either scolded by clients or rushed by them,
or lectured by that shareholder.
In short, it was a terrible experience.
I do not recommend interning or working there.
Someone I know worked there before.
They worked from 8:30 a.m. until midnight before getting off work.
The worst part is that they were not paid overtime several times.
They still had to start work at 8:30 a.m. the next day.
They are extremely exploitative and bully newcomers and interns.
Their clients all believe that we are regular employees.
I do not understand why.
They had clearly worked with this company for a long time,
yet they never noticed that we were interns.
This shows that the company has been hiding it very well.
Although we interns kept making many mistakes,
it was because they rushed us every day to work faster.
They also required us to clock in on time,
then continue working afterward.
Otherwise, we would get scolded.
In short, we interns were all miserable every day,
and it felt like hell.
