The company’s colleagues are easy to get along with, and the work environment is good.
The company does not value employees’ development or progress, nor does it adjust salaries based on seniority, yet it does adjust salaries according to position.
The standards are inconsistent, and engineers are not paid consistently. In some cases, employees with less experience and fewer certifications receive nearly 5,000 more in salary than the original employees.
The company requires employees to be capable of handling tasks but does not value division of labor, resulting in capable employees being overworked to death.
