The boss is extremely self-important—you can clearly sense it from the way he talks.
He thinks it is perfectly normal to offer a starting salary of 23K even to someone with considerable work experience.
What a joke. No wonder the position is perpetually vacant. I feel sorry for the people who go in there to work themselves to the bone for him.
